孙野青

教授,大连海事大学环境系统生物学研究所所长。1992年获得日本东京女子医科大学博士;1995年被哈尔滨工业大学引进,创建生命科学与工程系;2002年哈佛医学院高访;2004年被大连海事大学引进,创建大连海事大学环境系统生物学研究所,并于2006年被评为辽宁省重点实验室,2010年被评为科技部国际合作基地。负责并完成了国家“211”三期“空间和海洋有害环境的系统生物学”学科建设。是载人航天预先研究专家组成员,一直承担中国载人航天工程关于空间辐射生物学系统的规划和论证等工作。是中国空间科学学会理事,空间生命专业委员会委员,中国生物物理学会辐射与环境专业委员会委员等。是《Adv. Space Res.》空间辐射效应专刊主编;《Bio. Sci. Space》、《J. Rad. Res.》、《航天医学与医学工程》、《哈尔滨工业大学学报》、《生物信息学》等杂志编委;自2006年起任国际空间科学大会(COSPAR)F4.6主持等。
   主要从事物理和化学有害环境的生物计量学和健康与生态风险监测、评估及预警技术。建立了集系统生物学、物理和数学、信息科学、环境化学和微纳检测技术为一体的多学科交叉团队和研究平台。带领团队在空间辐射遗传变异机制研究方面,承担了四次返回式卫星和四次神舟飞船搭载及大量地基模拟辐照实验,研究了50余种水稻品种的表型、功能基因组和蛋白质组,揭示了空间诱变植物种子特点和规律,并获得中国高校科技进步二等奖;在空间辐射与微重力协调生物学效应机制方面,利用模式动物线虫及其突变体,进行了空间辐射和微重力协同生物学效应研究,揭示了短期空间飞行空间辐射环境中微重力是主要的胁迫诱因,并受生物体对力学信号感受的影响。在空间辐射生物计量学和风险评估方面,建立了空间辐射品质监测技术,空间辐射环境的仿真技术、损伤标志物的数据挖掘和损伤监测技术、空间辐射生物物理模型,以及在此基础上建立了空间辐射损伤评估技术。该领域主持并完成了国家科技部863、国家自然科学基金、载人航天预研及载人航天专项等项目。发表论文80余篇,发明专利4项。
   在海湾生态评估方面,建立了近岸海域污染源与汇解析,点源污染与面源污染对河流和近岸海域的生态风险评估系统和技术。带领团队完成了科技部支撑计划、大连市科技攻关计划等。发表论文20余篇。
