研究方向:辐射引起基因组不稳定和旁效应机制研究组
1. 地面模拟辐射引起的水稻和拟南芥基因组不稳定的分子机制研究;
本课题主要利用地面高能重离子加速器产生的高能碳和铁离子辐射水稻和拟南芥种子,分别从表型、生理、细胞、分子和表观遗传学等层面,揭示重离子辐射引起的基因组不稳定产生的分子机制。
2. 地面模拟辐射引起小鼠旁效应的分子机制研究;
本课题主要利用地面高能重离子加速器产生的高能碳和铁离子辐射小鼠头部,对旁器官(肝脏,脾脏等)分别从表型、生理、细胞、分子和表观遗传学等层面研究,揭示重离子辐射引起的旁效应的分子机制。
3. 模拟微重力效应对重离子辐射拟南芥及突变体DDR途径的影响;
本课题利用随机3D回转装置,分析重离子辐射后野生型拟南芥及重力响应缺失突变体在地面模拟微重力效应处理后损伤修复途径的影响
4. 空间飞行引起的生物学效应的分子机制分析;
利用神舟6号飞船和实践10号返回式卫星搭载的水稻和拟南芥种子,结合辐射品质参数,主要从基因表达调控和表观遗传学调控层面分析真实空间环境引起的生物学效应的分子机制。
